Claudio Ciabatti, in arte Ciaby, nato a Napoli il 18 Dicembre 1966.

La mia relazione con l’arte inizia in modo ribelle; da piccolo amavo intrufolarmi alle mostre di Spoleto sfuggendo agli istitutori che mi rincorrevano.

Tornato a Napoli negli anni 90 frequento gli ambienti legati al movimento post punk e al revival del movimento new hippie.

Trasferito a Roma mi avvicino all’arte figurativa alternando sregolatezza e ricerca interiore e mi interesso alla tecnologia del "SE " che sperimento nel mio cammino di creazione artistica. Il progetto Arte Liberatoria nasce dall'intento di favorire attraverso le mie opere un viaggio all'interno del proprio inconscio.

Prediligo l’astrattismo in quanto consente una libera e personale interpretazione . Partecipo a diverse mostre collettive a Milano .

Espongo abusivamente sul tram 2 e a volte porto a passeggio i quadri. Ho in programma una serie di progetti tra i quali l’arte acrobatica oltre a forme espositive innovative.

Claudio Ciabatti, known as Ciaby, born in Naples on 18 December 1966. My interest in the Arts began in a rebellious way.

When I was child I loved sneaking into Art exhibitions in Spoleto , a small town on the Umbria’s hills of central Italy,esacping from my tutors running behind me. Back in Naples in the 90's, I started attending circles related to post punk and new hippie movement.

Once transferred to Rome, I approached to figurative art, alternating unruliness to inner search and maturate interest for the Technologies of the Self ,which I experiment in my artistic journey.

The Liberatore's Artproject was born out of this journey and with the aim of promoting through my artworks, a path through unconscious mind.

I prefer to work with Abstract Art because it allows a free and personal interpretation. I have participated in various Collective Exhibitions in Milan. At the moment, I am working on several projects, like Acrobatic Art and Innovative Artistic shapes .

Finally, I occasionally exhibit my artwork, without council permission :) on the city’s train number 2 and sometimes I take my paintings for a walk.
